Accelerated learning strategies are those designed to meet pupils where they are in their learning and use evidence-based approaches to enable pupils to make strong rapid progress in their mastery of knowledge and skills. These strategies may include individual or small group tutoring or whole class instruction using well-grounded methods with scaffolds and differentiation that meet pupils’ learning needs.  (AB 167)

California Collaborative for Learning Acceleration (CCLA) is designed to strategically leverage the expertise around learning acceleration across the state in order to provide resources and support that can be accessed by every educator. The design of this work will include an online repository of high-quality professional learning resources for mathematics, literacy, and language development that integrate universal design for learning, culturally sustaining pedagogy, and social-emotional learning practices

CCLA is possible through a partnership with
