BRIDGES to Learning Acceleration 

BRIDGES to Learning Acceleration is a seven-component model designed to highlight best practices in learning acceleration.

We termed it BRIDGES for two reasons:

• Bridges are central to learning acceleration, where we use existing knowledge and lived experiences as the foundation upon which new knowledge is constructed and deepened.

• Bridges are also what educators can build in terms of their learning acceleration practices, as they connect their current practice to additional learning acceleration strategies.

At the highest level, BRIDGES addresses seven areas that are key to learning acceleration.
